The buyer already has the line sheet. The painful part is turning size/color quantities into a clean Shopify draft order.
Concierge prototype · built from public artifacts
Line sheet → order form → Shopify draft order
A static outreach demo for fashion brands that still collect wholesale orders through PDFs, spreadsheets, email, sales reps, or Faire links.

01 · Merchant import mock
Start from the artifact they already use.
Hemly should not ask brands to redesign wholesale from scratch. The concierge version starts by recreating the existing line sheet/order sheet into structured fields.

Sample data02 · Buyer order form
Size / color quantity grid first. Cart second.
The artifact pattern is obvious: buyers fill quantities across sizes and colors. Hemly should make that grid the product, not hide it behind retail-style product pages.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Malibu Blue | 2 | 4 | 2 | 8 | $720 |

03 · Rule validation
Catch the mistakes before the email thread starts.
Public artifacts showed minimums, deadlines, size ranges, one-size products, and manual buyer metadata. The prototype validates those before submission.

04 · Shopify draft order preview
The output is operational, not just pretty.
The concierge prototype ends where the merchant’s pain usually starts: expanded Shopify variant lines plus the wholesale metadata that would otherwise live in an email.
Hemly order summary
Readable by merchantPO number, requested ship date, order deadline, buyer notes, validation warnings, and the original order-form link.

“Does this match your current wholesale workflow?”
Send this prototype before asking for private artifacts. If it looks close, ask for a redacted line sheet or order sheet and recreate their real flow concierge-style.
